What we collect

When you create a Brandy account, place an order, or browse the site we collect:

• Account details — name, email, phone, password (hashed), language and theme preferences.
• Order details — shipping address, order history, payment status (we do not store card numbers).
• Usage data — pages you visit, products you view, loyalty points earned and redeemed.
• Cookies — essential cookies for sign-in and cart, plus optional analytics cookies you can decline.

How we use it

• Fulfilling your orders and contacting you about them.
• Operating loyalty points, returns, and customer support.
• Improving the site, security monitoring, and complying with Egyptian tax/consumer-protection law.

Sharing

We share data with: suppliers (for the items in your order), couriers, and our warehouse partner where you've selected a partner-fulfilled item. We never sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email privacy@brandy.eg.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Paymob (or our chosen Egyptian payment gateway). They handle and tokenise card data — Brandy never sees the full number.
