Who we are

Brandy is an Egyptian marketplace connecting customers with independent suppliers of clothing, footwear, bags and accessories. Brandy itself does not own or warehouse the merchandise (except via the Brandy Fulfilment Hub partner where opted-in by the supplier).

Accounts

You must be 18+ to register. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and notifying us of any unauthorised access.

Orders & payment

Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT at the rate shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is supported. Card / wallet payments are being integrated. Orders are subject to confirmation by the supplier.

Returns

Returnable items can be returned within the window shown on the product page (typically 14 days). Items must be unused, in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.

Loyalty points

Points are earned on delivered orders at the rate shown in your account. Points expire after 365 days. Brandy may adjust earn / redemption rates with reasonable notice. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Suppliers

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of their products, and timely fulfilment. Brandy reserves the right to remove listings or suspend supplier accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

Brandy provides the platform "as is". Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by Egyptian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
